About MOPAN

MOPAN is a non-profit trade association of professionals working in film, television, video, audio and multimedia.   MOPAN provides promotional, educational and cultural exchange programs to benefit its membership, students and the community, thereby creating a respected, professional working environment economically beneficial to MOPAN members. MOPAN's region extends from Salem to Roseburg and from the Pacific Coast to the Cascade Mountains.   To serve as the voice of the industry in this region, MOPAN is active in the fields of business, education and politics, locally and statewide.   MOPAN seeks:

To promote open communications and unity within the local media production industry To actively promote the local media industry as a production center for local, state and national producers To monitor the activities of, and maintain open communications with, governmental and business organizations To provide the membership with other services and resources beneficial to the media production arts community
