Eugene International Film Festival Article

David Woolson, whose 30 year career has included 8 years as the Executive Director of the Oregon Film Commission, is presented with the annual EIFF Oregon Film Professional "Lifetime Achievement Award" by Representative Nancy Nathanson at the Eugene International Film Festival. The sold out Awards Ceremony was held at Eugene's Valley River Inn.

Vince Porter, Executive Director of the Governor's Office of Film and Television enjoys talking with "Girl Disappears" cast members Ameel Remington, Emma Heikken, and Elah Seidel at the Eugene International Film Festival opening reception. The reception was held at the Oregon Electric Station and sponsored by Hollywood Video and Stella Artois.

About 45 people took part in the first annual EIFF "Oregon Locations Conference." Chambers Productions provided a sound stage for the event. Oregon communities presented information on locations, facilities, and professionals available to filmmakers in their geographic regions. Lunch was catered by the City of Eugene, coffee by The Supreme Bean Coffee Co. and pastry by Hwy 99 Donuts.

Eugene International Film Festival Article
"The Garage" will be shown at DIVA during the Eugene Celebration Film Festival, Saturday, September 13th, 7:00 PM. Hollywood Producer, Writer, Director Carl Thibault (tea-bow) will be speaking at the showing of his film courtesy of the Eugene International Film Festival.
"The Garage" was signed to a distribution deal as a result of being shown at the Eugene International Film Festival in 2007. It is now in nationwide distribution and available at Hollywood Video Stores.
